You can follow the highlighted notes as they play, whether a simple melody or a symphony. Use MIDI files - you find and let notation musician display it as a sheet music score that you can use to practice with, or print to use later.
For playback or practice, you can change the tempo, volume, and instrument sounds to create a custom band you can play along with.
